I am so excited about Thanksgiving coming up.  All of our children will be here!  Six wonderful young adults and three significant others!  So excited.  I thought I would share an old poem I wrote:

Turkey, potatoes, beans and gravy
Deliciously driving the taste buds crazy
Cakes, pies, and sweet treats
Lots of delicious eats
Eating too much that’s so true,
how about you?

Kids, family and friends,
Fun, laughter and joy that never ends
Lazy, relaxing, lounging around
wrestling and scuffling on the ground,
I love being with family, its true,
how about you?

This is a time to celebrate and say Thank You
To God, friends and family for all they do
